Grants Available:
The Foundation is accepting grant applications in the fields of interest of Arts and Culture, Children and Youth, Education, Environment, Community Health, Seniors, and Social Justice.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be registered charities under the Income Tax Act. Grants are not made to individuals or businesses.

Application:
The application can be filled in on line by clicking here. After completing the application, you must print it out, as only physical copies can be accepted. If you have difficulties with the online application, you can print out a blank form that can be filled out by hand by clicking here.
Submission:
Complete the application in full and send or deliver three (3) complete copies with all attachments to:

Deadline:
All applications must be received by March 12, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Mailed applications should be sent enough time in advance to ensure delivery by the deadline.
Notification:
Approved grants will be presented at the Foundation's Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 2012. Successful grant applicants will be notified approximately 2 weeks prior to this meeting.
Evaluation:
Organizations that receive a Community Foundation grant must submit a project evaluation within 12 months after receiving the grant. The evaluation form can be filled in on-line by clicking here. After completing the evaluation, you must print it out, as only physical copies can be accepted. Failure to complete the evaluation will exclude the applicant from receiving future grants.
